  Brendan and Darlene gave the most friendly and professional service that I have experienced in a very long time, time was of no limit to these friendly people it was like turning back the clock getting value for money in the products and beautiful jewelry to boot, I would recommend this jeweler to everyone

  I purchased a new watch from BWG. However I had problems with the watch loosing time. I took it back and received a replacement but had the same problem. We eventually figured out the problem was the magnets inside the iPad cover that I put the watch on every night. Thank you BWG for your patience and amazing customer service.

  I would like to thank Brendan and staff for their professional service. They were friendly and accommodating in valuing a sapphire ring that has been in my family for 100 years.
