- Daniel Branch Added November 26, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed with this crowd. We have book accommodation for easter via them. We received multiple emails stating that the total price was $1,900 so we happily paid the deposit of $1160.33. After they received the deposit we then received another email stating that we had to pay an additional $210.33 in booking fees. There was no mention of the booking fee throughout the booking process. So we asked, could they wave the fee seeing as there has been no mention of it until after the we paid the deposit? The answer was NO. Ok we said, then we want a refund and cancel our booking, again NO because its within two months of the booking!! These guys are seriously taking the piss. Check you booking thoroughly if you use these guys!
